General terms and conditions of business

  • All prices include 20% sales tax.

  • The prices apply to the current season, excluding the lift ticket.

  • In the event of bad weather or a standstill of the lift (force majeure), there is no refund of the ski course tariffs.

  • All group courses take place with a minimum of 4 participants.

  • If a group is reduced to fewer than 4 participants, the ski school reserves the right to combine this group or to shorten the number of lessons or days. Groups are not formed with less than 4 participants and the units are counted as private lessons and charged or offset.

  • The group is based on the worst participant.

  • If a ski course does not take place (regardless of the reason), the ski school is not obliged to inform the customer in advance.

  • In the event of an injury or accident, reimbursement will only be made on presentation of a medical certificate. The Reiteralm ski school declines any liability for accidents that occur during, before or after the ski lessons.

  • Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

  • Changes and errors are reserved.

  • If necessary, the ski school reserves the right to change ski instructors.

  • A ski course not taken expires and there is no reimbursement of the ski course tariffs.

  • If the lunchtime care is not consumed (due to various reasons), it will only be reimbursed in the form of a voucher. There is no refund for this

  • Private lessons that are not fully consumed (2 or 4 hours) expire. There is no reimbursement of the ski course tariff for this.

  • You agree that photos, videos and the like that are taken during the ski course may be published on our homepage and our social media pages.

  • The private lessons take place exclusively from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

  • The children's courses take place exclusively from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

  • The ski courses for adults (beginners) take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The ski school reserves the right to postpone the lessons to the afternoon.

  • The ski school reserves the right to cancel the course due to an epidemic, pandemic, or the occurrence of infectious diseases during ski school lessons, by the guest or the ski instructor. In this case, unused hours will be refunded.

Payment

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If canceled 24 hours before arrival ⇒ No cancellation fees

If canceled 12 to 24 hours before arrival ⇒ 50% cancellation fees

If canceled 12 hours or less before arrival ⇒ 100% cancellation fees
